George R. Roles earned a Bachelor of Science in paralegal studies from Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2006. He went on to study law at the Widener University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2009. He became licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland in 2011.

From 1999 to 2008, George R. Roles worked as Senior Paralegal at W. Jeffrey Yates, Esq., P.C. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a Law Clerk for Austin Law Firm, LLC. In 2012, George R. Roles accepted a position as an Associate Attorney with Russack Associates, LLC Attorneys at Law. Finally, in 2016, George R. Roles founded his own law firm: George R. Roles – Attorney & Counselor at Law. He also works as an Adjunct Professor at Chesapeake College.

George R.
